Your project requires detailed permit and construction drawings.
Deliverables:
A construction document set used for permitting, bidding, and construction.
A detailed digital 3D model with on-demand client access via an app.
Other materials may be included based on project and client need. Deliverables will be specified in the project contract.
Timeline:
8-52+ weeks for design services based on client needs and project complexity.
Construction timeline is in addition.
Fee:
Hourly for home remodels.
Other projects may be hourly or a flat fee due in specified installments based on project needs and requirements.
An initial payment is required upon signing a contract.
