It is not suitable for filing with building departments nor a license to build the home; you’ll need to purchase the License Set if you want to move forward. Upon request, we will credit the price of the Study Set towards a License Set.

A License Set is a one-time license to build the home and a complete construction document set suitable for filing with most US building jurisdictions. If your jurisdiction requires additional MEP or structural drawings/calculations, a local engineer of your choice will be able to use this document set to fulfill those requirements. A multi-use build license is available upon request.
