A Study Set is a useful tool in starting conversations with friends, family, and contractors. It allows you to start understanding the project and consider all that might be involved as well as helping to define a project budget. It is not suitable for filing with building departments nor a license to build the home; you’ll need to purchase the License Set if you want to move forward.

Study Set includes:

• Multiple renderings

• Schematic floor plans as shown

• Schematic exterior elevations

• Notes: framing, insulation, materials, etc.

Delivery:

• Study Set is an 11x17 multi-page pdf, printable on any standard printer

• PDF will be emailed within 3 business days

Package 2: Study Set + License Set. Investment 2300.*

A License Set is a one-time license to build the home and a complete construction document set suitable for filing with most US building jurisdictions. If your jurisdiction requires additional MEP or structural drawings/calculations, a local engineer of your choice will be able to use this document set to fulfill those requirements. A multi-use build license is available upon request.

License Set includes:

• One-time build license

• All plans including foundation, floor, roof, electrical with dimensions and notes

• Exterior elevations with materials, notes, and door/window schedules

• Building and wall sections with notes and details

• Multiple renderings

• Study Set

Delivery:

• License Set is a 24x26 multi-page pdf, printable at any local print shop

• PDF will be emailed within 30 business days

Package 3: Study Set + License Set + 3D Model. Investment 2700.*

A 3D Digital Model is an invaluable tool in understanding your new home. Being able to explore the home on your own schedule and terms allows you to create an emotional understanding and connection that aids the building process.

3D Digital Model access includes:

• Unlimited access

• Ability to navigate around the exterior and through the interior of the home

Delivery:

• Link to model access and instructions will be emailed with drawings.

• Access to 3d model will require downloading a third-party app called BIMx.
